A Celebration of Shanghai Tang Spring Summer 2012 collection
Kuala Lumpur, 12th April 2012 – Shanghai Tang recently held its Spring Summer 2012 debut at the boutique located in Pavilion KL. The event welcomed fans and friends of Shanghai Tang to celebrate the launch of its ‘Rite of the Phoenix’ collection.
The event started at 7 p.m. where guests were graciously greeted by the boutique personnel. They were then taken around the boutique for a personal tour and were enlightened with what excitement the season has to offer.
Outside the boutique, the air was buzzing with merriment. A dragon beard candy chef mesmerized the guests with his fascinating demonstration of the candy making process and further delighted them with the delicious sweet treat. Free flow of wines and delectable hors d'oeuvres were served to tempt the palates and the guests were seen having a good time mingling and shopping all through the evening.
The excitement noticeably escalated during the fashion show where the models presented the many colorful looks of the Spring Summer 2012 collection, bringing forth the ‘Rite of the Phoenix’ in various innovative new prints and intricate embellishments in the ready-to-wear and accessories for both men and women.
Towards the end of the evening, guests were seen leaving the event, happy and satisfied with Shanghai Tang paperbags swinging in their arms.
